Australian Biathlon is pleased to be able to send Development athletes to the IBU funded European Camp which is held once every 2 years. The IBU also provide Development Nations with training in their regional area; Australia hosted the very successful IBU Oceania Development Camp in July 2015 and the next one will be in July 2017 at Snow Farm.
There are only limited places for these IBU Development camps and we ask athletes interested in attending to write in expressing why they should be selected and how they will enhance the sport and the Federation.
Coach Clarke took loads of photos and you can access them on this link. Our Australian Biathletes worked hard and also had fun time, making friends from teenagers from other nations and enjoyed a themed party.
