Sunday was the last chance for our juniors to train before they departed for Livigno, Italy for the European Winter Biathlon camp. Coach Alex Almoukov delivered another great roller-ski session leaving us all exhausted and with plenty to work on. In the afternoon Alex returned to work on our target shooting at SISC (Sydney International Shooting Centre). Alex and I have been working on my standing technique which I've struggled with lately.

The NSW Rollerski Championships were held in Glendenning, Western Sydney today. It was a tough competition with hot and humid weather. The feature race was a 3.18 km route with an individual start against the clock. Glendenning offers a course that is flat but there is no rest.
