NSW Biathlon Championships

2018 NSW Championship Events:

Biathlon NSW, a branch of the National Federation, Australian Biathlon,  conducts each year biathlon races on-snow at the Mt Hotham Biathlon Arena.

Come and compete at these unintimidating  races. They're held early in the season for athletes to get in some competition practice before the selection competitions in late July and mid-August.

The NSW Championships 2017 Report

We enjoyed the most amazing fun filled race weekend a the NSW Biathlon Championships on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 July 2017. All competitors, officials and coaches lapped up the high energy, fast paced relay events. The fast paced modified relay on Saturday was followed the next day with an innovative Garmisch style relay. The atmosphere was of unrestrained cheering, team support, loads of happy laughs and shouts of support.  Truly an amazingly successful event.

Look out in the calendar for our summer sprint races in Sydney, that'll help you be prepared for competition on snow.

In Victoria & NSW, under 12's are permitted to use our Larsen Laserbiathlon System. So, bring the family and join our other 6 - 12 year old members trying out Laser Biathlon.
