Slacklining


Today we decided to do something a bit different, slacklining. Slacklining is a bit like tight rope walking. Where it is relevant to Biathlon is that it helps develop balance and the muscles in your legs and core that keep you falling off the line also keep you gliding on your ski. We all had a lot of fun and such a nice place to do it. Gotta love Sydney Harbour.
