Weekly Summer Training

Summer Training Continues each week on Sundays with Roller skiing, hill bounding and target shooting. 

 

Remember, it’s all about accuracy and good basic technique. Beginners if you’re shooting quickly and not accurately, go back to basics, as otherwise you’re just repeating (quickly) some flaw in technique. 

Get your targets down then increase the tempo.
