Alex coached us at Glendenning today. He went through a range of drills: double poling on a single ski (balance drill); double poling ( relax your body onto the poles, before using your arms); single time ( push from gliding leg, compress with poling leg).

Alex and I then went to SISC where we met up with David and Stephen P. Alex made some more adjustments to my Standing. My glutes were really tired on the range, I think from the first Rollerski exercise, so I tried hard to use a good position to support the rifle, rather than holding it with tired muscles.
